德育在学校教育中是及其重要的。因此,笔者通过自身管理班级的经验从“以德为先”这个角度来阐述,主要的讲了以下四个方面:(1)作为班主任,自己首先应该以身作则,率先垂范;(2)在学生犯错误的时候,笔者认为作为班级的管理者自己应学会换位思考,站在学生的立场上考虑问题,而不是不分青红皂白,粗暴对待;(3)班级管理过程中还应该培养学生知错就改,敢于承担责任的良好品行。(4)主动和学生交朋友,而不是高高在上,并且能够主动分享自己的成长故事。以上几个方面只是笔者浅薄的见解,望各位方家多多的指导,本人将不吝感激。
