采用高效液相色谱法检测46例脑梗塞患者和30例正常对照者脑脊液中兴奋性氨基酸递质谷氨酸(Glu)、天门冬氨酸(Asp)水平及抑制性神经递质γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量。结果表明脑梗塞发生12小时至4天脑脊液中谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸显著升高,恢复期降至正常水平;γ-氨基丁酸在脑梗塞急性期也升高,恢复期下降;证明谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸在神经元缺血损伤中起重要作用。急性脑梗塞患者脑脊液兴奋性和抑制性氨基酸递质可作为一个敏感指标,早期诊断脑缺血的发生,推测脑梗塞的严重程度,具有重要的临床意义。
The levels of glutamate (Glu), aspartate (Asp) and inhibitory neurotransmitter γ-aminotransferase in cerebrospinal fluid of 46 cerebral infarction patients and 30 normal controls were detected by HPLC. Excitability and inhibitory amino acid transmitter of cerebrospinal fluid in patients with acute cerebral infarction can be used as a sensitive indicator of early diagnosis of cerebral ischemia, suggesting that the severity of cerebral infarction, has important clinical significance.
