论述了校本课程开发与教师专业发展两者之间的关系,即教师专业发展是影响校本课程开发的主要因素,而校本课程开发又为教师提供了专业发展的平台。因此,作为当代一线的教育工作者,要积极投身校本课程开发,实现教师的专业发展;而教师的专业发展,又进一步优化了校本课程开发,促进了课程改革顺利进行。
The relationship between school-based curriculum development and teacher professional development is discussed. That is, teacher professional development is the main factor that affects school-based curriculum development, and school-based curriculum development provides teachers with a professional development platform. Therefore, as front-line educators, we should actively participate in the development of school-based curriculum so as to realize the professional development of teachers. Professional development of teachers further optimizes the development of school-based curriculum and promotes the smooth progress of the curriculum reform.
