我国的职业院校在进行人才培养的过程中,其最根本的目标就是培养出综合型的高技能人才。与传统的技能人才相比而言,高技能人才不仅要掌握足够的专业理论,同时也要有较强的实践与动手能力,并且要能够完成一些技术相对复杂,或者是非常规性的工作。中外合作办学的人才培养模式,就是一种应用于高技能人才培养的教学模式,本文就针对中外合作办学培养的职业院校人才特色进行简单分析,以供参考。
In the course of carrying out personnel training, the most fundamental goal of our country’s vocational colleges is to cultivate comprehensive high-skilled personnel. Compared with the traditional skilled personnel, highly skilled personnel not only need to master enough professional theory, but also have strong practical and practical skills, and be able to complete some of the technology is relatively complex, or unconventional work. Sino-foreign cooperative education model of personnel training, is a kind of teaching mode applied to the cultivation of highly skilled personnel. This paper analyzes the characteristics of personnel training in vocational schools for Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools for reference.
