我科1987年12月～1988年10月共收治婴儿肝炎综合证44例,其中巨细胞包涵体病(CID)17例(38.6％),报告如下。 诊断依据 ①全部病例尿沉渣找到巨细胞病毒(CMV)包涵体.②部分病例CMV分离培养阳性。③症状体征符合CID。
Our department from December 1987 to October 1988 a total of 44 cases of infantile hepatitis syndrome, including giant cell inclusion disease (CID) in 17 cases (38.6%), the report is as follows. Diagnosis based on ① all cases of urinary sediment found cytomegalovirus (CMV) inclusion body. ② CMV isolated and cultured in some cases were positive. ③ symptoms and signs in line with CID.
