针对C70,C80,C90高强钢管混凝土,通过抽芯取样、预埋试块及间接养护对比试验,探讨不同龄期外界物理行为对高强混凝土强度的影响;并探讨了不同养护条件下高强钢管混凝土随龄期强度发展规律。结果表明,高强钢管混凝土强度对抽芯取样等外界扰动较为敏感,间接养护可模拟钢管内部混凝土的养护环境,其标准立方体试块抗压强度可作为判定钢管混凝土强度的依据之一;随着龄期的增长,钢管的特定养护环境会使得混凝土强度后期增长较多,达到甚至超过标准养护和“同条件”养护的试块强度。将试验研究成果应用于实际工程,取得了满意的效果。
For C70, C80, C90 high-strength CFST, the influence of external physical behavior at different age on the strength of high-strength concrete is discussed through core-pulling sampling, embedded test block and indirect curing comparison test. The influences of different curing conditions on the properties of high- Age strength development. The results show that the strength of high-strength concrete filled steel tube is more sensitive to external disturbance such as core-pulling sampling. The indirect curing can simulate the curing environment of concrete inside the steel tube. The compressive strength of the standard cubic specimen can be used as the basis for determining the strength of concrete filled steel tube. Period of growth, steel pipe specific curing environment will make the late strength of concrete growth more to meet or even exceed the standard curing and “same conditions ” conservation test block strength. The experimental research results applied to the actual project, and achieved satisfactory results.
