文章在总结相关研究文献的基础上,改进投入产出模型,消除中间投入中进口产品国外CO2排放的影响,计算国内直接碳排放强度矩阵;然后根据现有投入产出表,测算并比较1987年、1997年和2007年中国工业部门出口贸易的国内CO2排放总量和排放强度;并利用两极分解法对1987～1997年和1997～2007年两个跨期中国工业部门出口贸易的国内CO2排放情况进行结构分解,对比分析效率效应、生产结构效应、出口结构效应和规模效应对CO2排放的影响;最后立足于行业部门碳排放提出相关政策建议。
On the basis of summarizing the relevant research literature, the article improves the input-output model to eliminate the influence of foreign CO2 emissions from the imported products in the middle input and calculates the direct carbon emission intensity matrix in China. Based on the existing input-output tables, the paper calculates and compares 1987 , The total domestic CO2 emissions and emission intensity of China’s industrial sector’s export trade in 1997 and 2007, and the domestic CO2 emissions of the two inter-period industrial sectors in China from 1987 to 1997 and from 1997 to 2007 by using the bipolar decomposition method The dissertation analyzes the effects of efficiency, production structure effect, export structure effect and scale effect on CO2 emissions. Finally, we put forward relevant policy recommendations based on the carbon emissions of the industrial sector.
