随着国民经济的飞速发展和改革开放的不断深化,电力系统企业越来越需要高素质、高技术的人才队伍,这使电力系统的企业培训也越来越贴近于职业实际需要。作为一名电力高职教师,如何能短时间内转型为一名合格的电力企业培训师,是满足当今电力企业培训的迫切需要。
