After 38¡æ / 3h heat shock treatment, the gene was cultivated in the heat-tolerant Rose varieties-Schloss Mannieim, Radio, Las Vegas, Capricede Meiland and Girl but weakly expressed in the heat-tolerant Kordes Perfecta, Hiogi and Pfalzer Gold or No expression, indicating that the gene is closely related with the heat resistance of roses. In order to determine the function of RcHSP17.8 gene, the recombinant plasmid was transformed into E.coliBL21. The results showed that the recombinant strain could induce the expression of fusion protein containing RcHSP17.8 normally, and thus enhanced the effect of recombinant strain on the expression of RcHSP17.8 at high temperature, low temperature, high salt, high pH, ​​heavy metals , Oxidative stress and other abiotic stress tolerance, indicating that RcHSP17.8 involved in the abiotic stress response.
