财政转移支付是我国平衡地方经济发展的重要工具。但是由于地方政府与中央政府管理重点的偏差,财政转移支付制度存在不少问题亟待改进。本文作者对当前财政转移支付中存在的关键问题进行分析,并针对问题提出了优化措施,希望推动我国财政转移支付制度的不断完善。
Financial transfer payment is an important tool for our country to balance local economic development. However, due to the deviation of the management priorities between the local government and the central government, many problems in the fiscal transfer payment system need to be improved urgently. The author analyzes the key problems in the current fiscal transfer payment and puts forward some optimization measures to solve the problem, hoping to promote the continuous improvement of the system of financial transfer payment in our country.
