世纪之交,网络热潮席卷全球,推进政府部门办公网络化,自动化和电子化已是世界一大趋势。联合国经济社会事务部把推进发展中国家政府信息化作为今后工作的重点。希望通过信息技术的广泛应用,改进各国政府组织,重组公共管理,最终实现办公自动化和信息资源共享。在世界各国积极倡导的“信息高速公路”的五个应用领域中,电子政府被列为第一位。完全可以说,政府信息化是社会信息化的重要部分。
At the turn of the century, the network craze has swept the world and promoting the network, automation and electronicization of government departments has become a major trend in the world. The United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs has put government informationization in developing countries as the focus of its future work. Hope that through the extensive application of information technology, improve the government organizations in various countries, reorganization of public administration, and ultimately achieve office automation and information resources sharing.
