服装行业的信息管理系统项目的开发周期较长,系统的功能多变,项目范围难以控制。应用软件项目管理、软件工程的方法,结合服装行业的特点,从编制项目范围计划开始,对项目开发的全过程实行范围管理,重点突出对核心需求、非核心需求实施不同范围管理策略,开发过程对项目范围实行监控、跟踪,合理调控开发过程中出现的范围变更,规避范围失控的风险。使用增量式迭代开发模式,优先开发核心需求,持续快速地分步交付系统,使得项目委托方在开发的初期就感受到系统的优越性。
