为研究网络采编平台应用大环境中审稿流程出现的新问题,立足于编辑与同行评议专家的关系,认为新型审稿工作中应当注重专家对口化、采编平台稳定化、审稿单设计科学化、催审人性化、服务到位化。探讨了这“五个化”在新型审稿机制中的作用,提出了相应的建议,为网络采编平台的进一步推广应用提供参考。
In order to study the new problems appearing in the process of reviewing and approving in the environment of application and editing of network editorial platform, based on the relationship between editors and peer review experts, the author thinks that the new reviewers should pay attention to the portrayal of experts, the stability of editing and editing platform, Cautious humanity, service in place. This paper discusses the function of this “fiveizations” in the new review mechanism and puts forward corresponding suggestions to provide reference for the further popularization and application of network editing and editing platform.
