一、目前的运行调节方案.在现有供热按面积收费的体制下,由于用户没有调节散热器流量的手段,通过散热器流量的多少是由供热企业来控制.因此供热企业可以按定流量或分阶段变流量质调节的调节方案进行运行管理,即供热网的总流量在整个供暖期内保持不变或分阶段变一、二次流量,而在该阶段内只根据室外温度高低来调节供热网的供水温度就可以满足用户的供热要求.因此,从技术角度石,一个供热网要做到正常供热,只要在运行中:A.保证流量分配均匀:在初调节时把整个供热网的水流量分配渊整到用户所要求的设计流量,即各管路的流最按供热而积多少分配均匀即可;B.保证合适的供水温度;对于一次网,由热源处根
