随着经济快速发展和社会不断进步,医疗保险逐步完善扩大覆盖,我国多数人口纳入到医保制度范畴。同时医疗保险费用近年来逐步增长,已成为困扰政府社保机构、医院的重大问题。研究目的在于合理利用现有医疗设备及资源,保障居民能够公平就医。根据中国发展实际需要,通过加强立法监管、打造医联体、完善医养结合模式、建立互联网+医保管理系统等方法来缓解社会医疗费用增长带来的困难,保证社会医疗保险基金系统良性运作。
With the rapid economic development and social progress, the medical insurance will be gradually improved and expanded, and most of our population will be included in the health insurance system. At the same time, the cost of medical insurance has gradually increased in recent years and it has become a major issue that plagues the government social security agencies and hospitals. The purpose of the study is to make rational use of the existing medical equipment and resources so as to ensure that residents can have fair medical treatment. According to the actual needs of China’s development, the social medical insurance fund system should be guaranteed to be benign by strengthening legislative supervision, building the Medical Association, improving the medical-nursing combination model and establishing the internet + medical insurance management system to alleviate the difficulties caused by the growth of social medical expenses.
