Most piston engines have liquid-cooled combustion chambers. Enhancing cylinder power requires designers not only to understand the average heat exchange intensity in the cooling circuit, but also to be familiar with the local heat exchange intensities. To solve this task, it is difficult to use the traditional method of similarity theory. Now we will use a series of principles of the boundary layer theory to explore the solution to this task.
