分析了韩城矿务局在计划经济条件下物资供应工作存在的问题,利用现代物流管理的理论,对物资供应管理进行了改革。调整了物资供应部门的机构设置和职能,推行了模拟第三方物流,采用了信息管理技术,推行了代储代销管理,采用了信患化管理技术,取得了良好的经济效益。
This paper analyzes the existing problems of material supply in Hancheng Mining Bureau under the condition of planned economy and makes use of the theory of modern logistics management to reform the material supply management. The structure and functions of the material supply department have been adjusted, the simulation of the third-party logistics has been implemented, the information management technology has been adopted, the agent purchasing and sales management has been implemented, and the information-based management technology has been adopted and good economic benefits have been achieved.
