最近,我们就如何拓展海峡两岸经贸关系,特别是办好在大陆的台资企业和进一步吸引台资的问题进行了一些调查研究,由此形成了一些新的见解和思路。 一、当前台商来大陆投资的形势及特点 台商到大陆投资办厂是在1987年11月台湾当局正式放开到大陆探亲之后,1988年出现了高潮,1989年又继续有所增长。特别是福建的闽南地区,今年以来更有迅速发展的趋势。据不完全统计,截至1989年底,仅福建、广东两省,台资企业已达682家,投资额为9.5亿美元。
Recently, we conducted some investigations and studies on how to expand the cross-Strait economic and trade relations, especially the Taiwan-funded enterprises that are well-run in mainland China and the further attraction of Taiwan-funded enterprises. Some new insights and ideas have therefore been formed. I. Current Situation and Characteristics of Taiwan Businessmen’s Investment in the Mainland After Taiwan authorities officially opened their door to visit China on the mainland in November 1987, the peak came in 1988 and Taiwan’s business continued to grow in 1989. Especially in southern Fujian Province, this year more rapid development trend. According to incomplete statistics, as of the end of 1989, there were only 682 Taiwan-funded enterprises in Fujian and Guangdong provinces with a total investment of 950 million U.S. dollars.
