在板件两端同时卷制铰链耳孔,通常是在没有芯轴的楔式模上进行的。为了进一步提高产品质量,契耶夫斯基商业机器制造厂设计和使用了两种新的模具结构,用于卷制家具铰链耳孔。为了提高加工零件的精度和获得正确的几何形状,在模具中装入两根中心轴作为芯轴,轴的直径等于耳孔的内径。成形时,芯轴被卷到毛坯里,并在卷制最终时校准耳孔。图1是孔径为3+0.12毫米的两种形式的耳孔在压模内的成形示意图。模具的结构如图
At the same time in both ends of the plate rolling hinge ears, usually in the mandrel wedge mode. To further improve product quality, Cheyovsky Commercial Machine Factory designed and used two new mold structures for rolling furniture hinge ears. In order to improve the accuracy of the machined parts and obtain the correct geometry, two central shafts are inserted into the mold as mandrels with a diameter equal to the inner diameter of the ear hole. During forming, the mandrel is rolled into the blank and the ear hole is calibrated at the end of the winding.
