尊重即尊敬或重视。每一个人作为独立的生命个体,其存在都应该被尊重。尊重他人是一种高尚的美德,是个人内在修养的外在表现。师生是生命发展的同行者,师生之间应互相尊重。教师应当尊重学生的人格、情感、行为,与学生交朋友,不挖苦学生。现在的学生个体意识比较强,希望得到别人的尊重。为此,教师要在平时的教育中让学生明白“敬人者,人恒敬之”。其实尊重是相互的,要想得到别人的尊重,自己就要尊重别人。学生也应当体谅老师的教育行为,尊重老师的劳动和情感。教师与学生彼此尊重,是依据人的生命特性,遵循生命发展规律,促进生命走向“合理而完善”的基本要求。
Respect or respect or attention. Every individual as an independent life entity, its existence should be respected. Respect for others is a noble virtue and an outward manifestation of one’s own inner accomplishments. Teachers and students are companions of life development, teachers and students should respect each other. Teachers should respect the student’s personality, emotion, behavior, make friends with students, do not sarcastic students. Students now have a strong sense of individuality, hoping to get the respect of others. To this end, teachers should allow students to understand in ordinary education “respect people, people ”. In fact, respect is mutual, in order to get the respect of others, we must respect others. Students should also understand the teacher’s education and respect the teacher’s work and emotions. Teachers and students respect each other, is based on the characteristics of human life, follow the laws of life and promote the development of life “reasonable and perfect, ” the basic requirements.
