The authors report platelet catecholamine (CA) levels in 33 patients with cluster headache (CH). Including 30 males and 3 females, aged 22 to 64 years (mean 43 years). Platelet norepinephrine (NE), epinephrine (E) and tyrosine levels were measured at remission, cluster (except single episode) and single episode. And compared with 15 cases (male 13, female 2), control group 25 to 55 years old (average 41 years old). All subjects had no medication within 2 weeks before the test, and CH attack only induced O2.
