文章以面向过程的观点,分析了生产过程内活动之间的逻辑关系,提出了以工作流管理系统为集成平台的企业生产过程管理和离散生产过程工作流建模方法。在此基础上建立了过程运行规则和资源约束处理规则。由于生产过程的工作流模型是以活动为组件自下而上建立的有向树结构,它与过程运行规则和资源约束处理规则的结合,使生产过程能够适应内部及外部环境的变化,从而可有效地解决生产过程中各活动之间的协调问题。
This article analyzes the logical relationship between the activities in the production process from the point of view of the process, and puts forward a workflow modeling method of enterprise production process management and discrete production process taking the workflow management system as the integrated platform. On this basis, the rules of process operation and resource constraints are established. Because the workflow model of the production process is a directed tree structure built from the bottom up as a component of the activity, the combination of the rules of process operation and resource constraint processing enables the production process to adapt to the changes of the internal and external environments, Effectively solve the coordination between activities in the production process.
