(本刊讯)为了加强水库管理工作,提高管理业务水平,水利电力部从去年9月以来,已先后举办5期水库管理轮训班,分批培训了各地大型水库及个别中型水库管理单位的行政领导干部。据统计,目前已轮训了全国23个省(区、市)200多个水库管理单位的230多名负责干部。各期参加学习的水库管理干部,都受到了一次全面的思想教育和业务训练。学员们普遍地提高了对水库管理工作的思想认识,一致感到加强水库管理是当前水利管理工作中极其突出极其重要的问题,并且初步明确
