用秋水仙素诱导作物多倍体，前人报道较多。而把秋水仙素用于诱发作物的性状变异，进行品种改良的报道并不多。我们在用秋水仙素诱导大麦性状变异，进行大麦品种改良，成功地育出一批大麦新品种为闽诱3号、闽68后，又对水稻农艺性状的改良进行了初步研究，现把研究结果报道如下
