目的 评价中枢多巴胺转运蛋白显像剂~(123)I-β-CIT在检测帕金森病中的应用价值。方法 氯胺-T标记法制备~(123)-β-CIT,对正常猴与MPTP诱导的偏侧PD病猴进行SPECT显像研究,并以纹状体/小脑-1作为评价中枢多巴胺转运蛋白丧失程度的指标进行了半定量分析。结果 正常猴全身显像表明,~(123)I-β-CIT脑内摄取约为注射剂量的3%,药物注射后24h SPECT断层显像示正常猴双侧纹状体放射性分布对称,左侧与右侧纹状体/小脑-1值基本一致,偏侧PD病猴右侧(损毁侧)纹状体/小脑值显著低于左侧,提示右侧多巴胺神经终末严重丧失。结论~(123)I-β-CIT是一种良好的显像剂,可用于临床 PD病的早期诊断。
Objective To evaluate the value of central dopamine transporter imaging agent ~ (123) I-β-CIT in the detection of Parkinson’s disease. Methods ~ (123) -β-CIT was prepared by chloramine-T labeling method. SPECT imaging was performed on monkeys with hemiparkinsonism and MPTP-induced hemiparkinsonism. Striatal / cerebellum-1 was used to evaluate the effects of central dopamine transporter The degree of loss indicators were semi-quantitatively analyzed. Results The whole body imaging of normal monkeys showed that the intracerebral uptake of ~ (123) I-β-CIT was about 3% of the injected dose, and the SPECT images at 24 h after injection of the drug showed symmetry in bilateral normal striatum. In contrast to the right striatum / cerebellum-1 values, striatum / cerebellum values on the right side (lesioned side) of the hemiparetic PD patients were significantly lower than those on the left side, suggesting a severe loss of right dopamine neurological terminals. Conclusion ~ (123) I-β-CIT is a good imaging agent, which can be used in the early diagnosis of clinical PD.
