对31例患心脏β─受体敏感症的男性歼击机飞行员进行明尼苏达多相人格调查表(MMPI)测试和血浆β─内啡肽(βτEP)、强啡肽(DYNA)、环磷酸腺苷(CAMP)、环磷酸乌苷(CGMP)测定,并与35例条件相似的健康飞行员进行对照。结果显示心脏β─受体敏感症MMPI、F、J、Hs、D、Hy、Mf、Pa、Pt、Sc、SiT分升高,与对照组比较P均<0.01,其基本模式为13/31型。血浆β─EP、DN升高,CAMP降低,与对照组比较P<0.05~0.01.提示飞行员心脏β─受体敏感症与个性心理异常和神经内分泌失调有关。
Thirty-one male fighter pilots with beta-receptor sensitivity of the heart were assessed for the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) test and plasma β-endorphin (βτEP), dynorphin (DYNA), cyclic adenosine monophosphate ), Cyclic guanosine monophosphate (CGMP), and compared with 35 healthy pilots with similar conditions. The results showed that MMP-1, F, J, Hs, D, Hy, Mf, Pa, Pt, Sc and SiT scores of cardiac β-receptor sensitivities were all increased / 31 type. Plasma β-EP, DN increased, CAMP decreased, compared with the control group P <0.05 ~ 0.01. Tip pilot heart β ─ receptor-sensitive and personality disorders and neuroendocrine disorders related.
