目的研究二溴海因对微囊藻毒素(microcystin,MC)的去除效果。方法在一定的微囊藻毒素浓度下,研究二溴海因浓度(0.050~0.30 mg/L)、反应时间(0~120 min)、反应温度(20~35℃)、pH值(6.5~9.5)对0.30 mg/L的MC-LR、MC-RR去除率的影响。结果在优化的条件[向水样中投加等体积的0.30 mg/L二溴海因溶液(25℃、pH 7.0)反应60min]下,二溴海因对MC-LR、MC-RR的去除率分别为93.6%和96.7%。结论二溴海因可有效地去除水中的MC-LR和MC-RR,该技术可应用于水厂的实际水处理工艺中。
