In order to clarify the influence of occupational factors on the neurological function of train attendant and explore its causes, neurobehavioral functions of 49 flight attendants and 48 store clerks were tested using the NCTB. Results In addition to the emotional state of the two groups were close to the score (P> 0.05), steward performance test scores were significantly worse than the control group (P <0.05), simple response, hand sensitivity, visual retention (P <0.01). There was significant difference between the target tracking II and the control group (P <0.01). The long-distance train flight attendants of such neurological changes may be shift system, car noise, carbon dioxide and other occupational factors combined effect.
