我公司近年制成一种性能好、成本低、安装方便的井架吊盘安全装置,已在全公司推广使用。这种安全装置的结构和工作原理如图1所示。其安全挂钩安在吊盘上面。在耳板上用销子将挂钩穿起,挂钩可在销上转动。起保护作用的横杆用架料管制成,并用扣件锁在井架上。由于平衡作用,活舌头经常处于水平状态。图1①为挂钩挂在横杆上的情形,这时可到吊盘上去卸料或上料。由于挂钩挂在井架横杆上,不致因钢绳断裂或其他不测而发生坠落事故。
In recent years, our company has made a derrick lift safety device with good performance, low cost and easy installation, which has been promoted throughout the company. The structure and working principle of this safety device are shown in Figure 1. Its safety hooks are placed on the sling. The hook is worn on the ear plate and the hook can rotate on the pin. The protective cross-bars are made of rack pipes and are locked on the derrick with fasteners. Live tongue is often in a horizontal state due to the balancing effect. Figure 11 shows the situation where the hooks are hung on the cross bar. At this time, they can be unloaded or loaded on the carousel. As the hook is hung on the derrick bar, it will not fall off due to the breakage of the steel wire or other unexpected factors.
