通过氨法-塔式捕集吸收CO2新工艺中试装置,系统研究了氨法捕集燃煤电厂烟道气中氨水浓度、CO2的浓度和系统反应温度对CO2脱除率的影响,对反应产品按照国标进行了氮元素定量检测和XRD定性分析,研究了氨水吸收CO2的动力学行为,结果表明:本中试装置脱碳效率一般在84%以上,当氨水的质量浓度达到8%,燃煤电厂烟道气中CO2浓度为14.98%,反应温度为32℃时,脱碳效率可达93.2%,为氨法-塔式捕集吸收CO2新工艺的工业化奠定了基础.
