研究了添加Ni质量1.1%的Y2O3对WC-8Ni硬质合金的物理化学机械性能及其烧结温度的影响。发现稀土Y2O3的加入不仅提高了合金的性能,而且降低了烧结温度。利用扫描电镜等分析手段对三种烧结温度的硬质合金进行了显微分析比较,探讨了WC-8Ni合金性能与烧结温度的关系及Y2O3降低烧结温度的原因。
The effect of adding Y2O3 with Ni mass of 1.1% on the physico-chemical mechanical properties and sintering temperature of WC-8Ni cemented carbide was studied. Found that the addition of rare earth Y2O3 not only improves the performance of the alloy, but also reduces the sintering temperature. The microstructure of three cemented carbide cemented carbides was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The relationship between WC-8Ni alloy properties and sintering temperature and the reason of Y2O3 sintering temperature were discussed.
