软基监测技术是高等级公路路基施工过程中需要研究的主要问题之一,目前采用传统监测仪器存在自动化程度及仪器可靠性低、数据不及时、测量误差大等问题。本文结合德昌高速公路D10标段软基沉降监测的工程实例,探讨了光纤光栅位移传感器应用于高等级公路软基沉降监测中埋设工艺这一关键技术难题,并通过光纤光栅位移传感器监测数据与传统传感器监测数据比较,证实了文中介绍的埋设方法的可靠性,为实现软基沉降数据的实时、在线、连续监测,推动光纤传感技术在软基沉降监测领域的发展有重要意义。
Soft foundation monitoring technology is one of the main problems that need to be studied during the construction of high-grade highway subgrade. At present, the traditional monitoring instruments have some problems such as low degree of automation, low reliability, poor data and large measurement error. Based on the engineering example of soft foundation settlement monitoring of D10 expressway section of Dechang Expressway, this paper discusses the key technical problems that fiber Bragg grating displacement sensor is applied to the embedment process of settlement monitoring of soft ground in high-grade highway. Based on the monitoring data of fiber grating displacement sensor The comparison of the traditional sensor monitoring data confirms the reliability of the embedded method introduced in this paper. It is of great significance to promote the real-time, on-line and continuous monitoring of soft subsidence data and promote the development of optical fiber subsidence monitoring in soft ground settlement monitoring.
