課堂教学是教学工作的基本组織形式,是师生共同的活动。要提高課堂教学效果,不仅教师要讲好,还要学生能学好;讲好是学好的先决条件,是基础。所以,教师的讲,是課堂教学效果好坏的决定因素。那末怎样才能讲好呢?我的体会是第一要准,第二要精,第三要巧。所謂准,是教学重点把握得准,和学生实际情况結合得准。讲課要有重点,要跟学生实际情况相
Classroom teaching is the basic organizational form of teaching work and is a common activity for teachers and students. To improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, not only should teachers speak well, but also students should learn well; speaking well is a prerequisite for learning and a foundation. Therefore, teacher’s speaking is the decisive factor in the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Then how can we speak well? My experience is the first to be accurate, the second to be fine, the third to be clever. The so-called quasi-professionalism is the key to teaching, and it must be combined with the actual situation of the students.
