班主任是班级的组织者和领导者,班级能否健康发展,教育教学能否顺利进行,班主任工作能否顺利开展,离不开班主任与各方面的协调和配合,特别是作为一个班级核心——班主任来说,要成为一名优秀的班主任,做一名先进的德育工作者,就必须善于处理各方面的关系。笔者认为,在日常班级管理中,班主任必须善于建立以下几种关系。
The head teacher is the organizer and leader of the class. Whether the class can develop healthily or not, whether education and teaching can proceed smoothly, and whether the class teacher’s work can be carried out smoothly can not be separated from the coordination and cooperation of the head teacher and all aspects, especially as the core of a class. For the head teacher, to become a good teacher in charge and to be an advanced moral education worker, one must be good at dealing with all aspects. The author believes that in daily class management, the head teacher must be good at establishing the following relationships.
