我所自1990年元月至1990年12月采用术前半小时口服舒喘灵行外倒转术88例,效果满意,现总结如下: 本组88例,初产妇50例,经产妇38例。孕周最小28~(+5)周;最大41周;平均32~(+4)周。一、方法: 1.严格掌握手术适应症,禁忌症。 2.术前常规B超检查,排除胎儿畸形,了解胎心、羊水、胎儿位置及有无脐带绕颈等,指示手术旋转方向。 3.口服硫酸舒喘灵7.2毫克,20-40分钟内进行外倒转术。 4.术后常规观察胎心半小时。 5.经产妇腹壁较松弛,术后用腹带包裹固定。二、标准: 1、成功:经1～2次外倒转术胎位被纠正
