电动井下钻具组合综合项目第一阶段的研究工作目前在Aberdeen完成。成功研制出连续钻井190h不出错的电动井下钻具组合样机。尽管该样机几乎完全应用现有技术开发,但试验的成功使人们有信心开发更高标准的马达。本文概要介绍了试验方案和作业步骤以及所获得动一些关键性结论。重申这项技术开发计划的最终目的是为了研制“智能”钻井系统。根据最近钻头传感器反馈的信息,该系统能自动调节某些参数以优选钻井性能。本文提出电动连续油管替代传统CTD的可行性和实际性。但为此还要克服某些技术障碍。
The first phase of the research on the electric drill assembly combination project is currently being completed at Aberdeen. Successfully developed continuous drilling 190h error-free electric underground assembly prototype. Although the prototype was developed almost completely using current technology, the success of the trial gives the confidence that a higher standard motor will be developed. This article provides an overview of the test protocols and procedures and some key findings. Reiterate that the ultimate goal of this technology development plan is to develop “smart” drilling systems. Based on the feedback from the recent bit sensor, the system automatically adjusts certain parameters to optimize drilling performance. This paper proposes the feasibility and practicability of electric coiled tubing to replace traditional CTD. However, some technical obstacles have to be overcome for this purpose.
