MES制造执行系统的任务就是对生产过程进行优化。在实践中,把生产现场检测到的数据传送到MES制造执行系统却是一项要求很高的任务:因为没有这方面的标准。尽管如此,但也可以简单而又经济地通过以太网的MSX输入输出模块实现生产现场检测数据向MES生产制造系统的传输。
MES Manufacturing Execution System’s mission is to optimize the production process. In practice, transferring data detected at the production site to the MES Manufacturing Execution System is a highly demanding task: there is no standard in this area. However, it is also simple and economical to transmit production test data to MES manufacturing systems via Ethernet’s MSX I / O modules.
