与其它企业密切合作,这对于从传统习惯中脱胎而来的中国企业来说,确实具有相当的困难。令人欣慰的是,从全国企业管理现代化创新成果来看已经有一些企业在这方面进行了可喜的探索。企业不只单打独斗,不只是表演好“单人舞”,还要和其它主体一起合作,表演好“双人舞”或“三人舞”。本文从几个经典的案例来说明在企业策略联盟这方面的若干趋势。
Working closely with other businesses does have considerable difficulties for Chinese companies that are born of traditional habits. Fortunately, there are already some enterprises that have made gratifying explorations in this regard through the results of the modernization of enterprise management in the country. Businesses do more than go it alone. They do not just perform “solo dance”, but also cooperate with other actors to perform “double dance” or “trio dance”. This article illustrates several trends in strategic alliances from several classic cases.
