夏夜的微风吹走了白天的炎热,我家厨房的热度却丝毫不减。原来,我正在做西米露呢!我将西米、牛奶、椰子汁、芒果都整齐地排放在桌上。接着,我将西米小心翼翼地倒入有水的锅中。时间一分一秒地过去了,原本平静的水面渐渐冒起了泡泡,米也与水一起翻滚、舞动。不一会儿,原本雪白的西米变成了透明色,只是中间还有一个白色小点。“第一步完成。”我笑着说道。我拿来一个碗,将西米盛入其中,拧开水龙头开始冲洗。西米从我的指缝中穿过,滑滑的,软软的,真是一种美妙的感觉!
