简要介绍了森林认证的概念、森林认证体系内涵与特征、主要森林认证体系和认证程序,对森林认证投入与产出情况、国内外森林认证现状与认证产品市场进行了分析。从政府采购政策和ENGO的作用两个方面分析了森林认证的原动力;阐述了森林认证发展态势和面临的挑战。
The concept of forest certification, the connotation and characteristics of forest certification system, the main forest certification system and certification procedure are briefly introduced. The input and output of forest certification, the current status of forest certification at home and abroad and the market of certified products are analyzed. From the two aspects of the government procurement policy and the role of ENGO, this paper analyzes the driving force of forest certification and elaborates the development trend and challenges of forest certification.
