一、序言烧结厂的能耗约占钢铁联合企业能耗的10%,仅次于高炉。因而必须从设备和操作两方面提高与能源涨价相适应的烧结矿生产技术。过去主要从改善操作技术和提高设备作业率方面减少能耗,近来进行余热回收,大幅度地节约了能源。本文以鹿岛厂的例子为主,论述了烧结厂的节能工作。
First, the preamble Sinter plant’s energy consumption accounts for about 10% of the steel joint venture energy consumption, second only to the blast furnace. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the sinter production technology that is compatible with the increase of energy prices both in terms of equipment and operation. In the past, energy consumption was mainly reduced from improvements in operation technology and equipment operation rate. Recently, waste heat recovery has been carried out, which has greatly saved energy. In this paper, Kashima plant mainly examples, discusses the sintering plant energy conservation.
