一、基本情况全县18个乡(镇)均流行血吸虫病,有131个村122万多人口受到威胁。历史累计有螺面积6243万m~2,血吸虫病人3.9万人。经过30多年防治,已消灭钉螺面积2970万m~2,病人除少数晚期血吸虫病(以下简称晚血)人外95％以上已治愈,有6个乡(镇)已达到“控制”和“基本控制”血吸虫病标准。三滩地区流行尚未控制,疫情还较严重,1990年底全县尚有钉
