选择我科2008年1月～2012年1月收治的40例偏头痛患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例,治疗组给予尼麦角林联合西比灵治疗,对照组给予心得安药物治疗。治疗组取得较好的疗效,现报告如下:1临床资料1.1一般资料为保证比对的有效性,所有病例均由同一位主治医师根据NIHAdHOC委员会制定的头痛分类标准进行诊断及治疗。治疗组
