肺结核是一种危害职工健康的常见传染病,厂矿的防痨工作是一薄弱环节。近三年,我们卫生所对职工每年进行一次肺结核普查,这三年该病发病率分别是1.2‰、4.7‰、1.4‰。现将三年的普查情况报告如下:一、结果分析:一般情况:全厂共查12个车间,1987年应检1650人,实检1628人,检出肺结核1人,年发病率为1.2‰。1988年应检1733人,实检1707人,检出肺结核8人,年发病率4.7‰。1989年应检2107人,实检2078人,检出肺结核3人,年发病率为1。4‰。对发现可疑病人均拍片、查痰,三年间检查出结核患者共13人,其中男8名,女5名,其中排菌者3名,菌阳率23.1%。空洞
