喇嘛甸油田在“十一五”期间,地面已建设施因老化腐蚀面临更新、连续规模化产量接替开发需要新建。为控制地面系统新建设施数量,调控地面系统布局,做到新建与已建系统有机融合,以适应开发中长期规划、开发方式多元化,控投资、降成本为目标。利用产能建设和老区改造时机,重点在系统布局、系统能力调整和工艺流程上实施一系列优化调整措施,取得较好效果,为喇嘛甸油田地面系统“十二五”及未来发展起到了积极促进作用。
During the “Eleventh Five-year Plan” period, Lamadian Oilfield faces renewal of the existing built-in facilities for aging and corrosion due to aging and requires continuous construction of large-scale production to succeed the new development. In order to control the number of newly-built facilities on the ground system and regulate the layout of the ground system, the organic integration between the newly-built and the built systems should be made so as to adapt to medium and long-term planning for development, diversify development modes, control investment and reduce costs. Taking advantage of the opportunities for capacity building and rebuilding of the old urban areas, a series of optimization and adjustment measures were put into place on the system layout, system capacity adjustment and technological process, and achieved good results. The project has played an important role in the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” and the future development of the Lamadian oilfield terrain system Actively promote the role.
