在市场经济法制化、规范化的进程中 ,由于利益的制约将形成全社会范畴的道德底线 ,但因为市场经济本身不具有传承道德和孕育文明的义务 ,并且公共管理领域因为交易行为的泛滥而产生了不良后果 ,这些问题使得发扬传统道德和建设精神文明的需求更加迫切。因此 ,从长远而言 ,道德的嬗变将得益于具有利益取向的物质文明建设 ,并更依赖于具有伦理意义的精神文明建设。
