目的:探析稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联合治疗老年缺血性心律失常的疗效。方法:入选我院及外院2011年2月—2014年2月收治的老年缺血性心律失常患者100例,根据入院先后顺序分为两组各50例,对照组采用西医基础治疗加用美托洛尔,观察组在此基础上联合稳心颗粒治疗,1个月后,观察并比较两组的临床疗效,心电图及动态心电图改变。结果:观察组临床症状有效率96.0%(48/50)显著高于对照组82.0%(41/50),动态心电图有效率88.0%(44/50)也显著高于对照组72.0%(36/50),差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后心电图均大体一致。结论:稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联合治疗老年缺血性心律失常疗效确切,可全面改善临床症状和动态心电图。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Wenxin granule and metoprolol in the treatment of senile ischemic arrhythmia. Methods: A total of 100 elderly patients with ischemic arrhythmia admitted to our hospital and external hospital from February 2011 to February 2014 were divided into two groups of 50 cases according to the order of admission. The control group was treated with Western medicine treatment Lol, the observation group on this basis, combined with Wenxin particles treatment, one month later, the clinical efficacy of two groups were observed and compared, ECG and Holter changes. Results: The effective rate of clinical symptoms was 96.0% (48/50) in observation group and 82.0% (41/50) in control group, and 88.0% (44/50) in active group was significantly higher than that in control group (72.0%, 36/50, 50), the differences were statistically significant (both P <0.05); ECG before and after treatment in both groups were generally the same. Conclusion: Wenshen granules combined with metoprolol in the treatment of senile ischemic arrhythmia is effective and can improve the clinical symptoms and ambulatory electrocardiogram.
