结核病是严重危害人民身体健康的重大传染病之一,是我国重点控制的重大疾病之一,也是全球关注的公共卫生问题和社会问题。长期以来,结核病是造成因病致贫、因病返贫的主要原因,不但给个人家庭和社会带来严重的危害和沉重的负担,在一定程度上也阻碍了社会经济的发展。现将2006~2012年阿勒泰地区2684例初治涂阳肺结核患者性别,职业、年龄、首次就诊时间,临床症状,X线胸片病变部位分布,痰涂片检查抗酸杆菌
