从上班的那天起,我的前辈们就告诉我爱学生是老师的天职。热爱学生,说起来很简单,仅四个字而已;做起来也很简单,只要用心就行。不用豪言壮语,不用轰轰轰烈烈。因为爱学生不是做给别人看的,因为爱学生不是用来沽名钓誉的。所以从教二十多年来,我只是在默默地做着我应该做的事。做着我认为做得对的事——那就是真正用心去关爱每一个学生,不论他是贫穷的还是富有的;不论他是残疾的还是健康的。让阳光照到我身边的每一个角落,用我的心去温暖每一个孩子。
From the day I went to work, my predecessors told me that loving students is the vocation of the teacher. Love students, it is very simple to say, only four words only; it is also very simple to do, as long as the heart. No rhetoric, no sensation. Because love students do not do for others to see, because love students is not used to name the reputation. So for more than 20 years from teaching, I just quietly doing what I should do. Doing what I think is right - that is, truly caring about every student, whether he is poor or rich, whether he is disabled or healthy.
