萨彦舒申斯克水库蓄水后，大坝河床部位的２０多个坝段上游承压面混凝土产生裂缝，坝基接触处也出现拉裂现象。１９９１～１９９４年曾用传统的水泥灌浆法进行裂缝处理，但效果并不理想。１９９５年对受拉开裂区和裂缝又重新进行了修复处理。详细介绍修复工程分阶段施工的全过程、施工使用的钻机、灌浆泵、测缝计及其技术特性。受拉区一期工程完工后，渗流量降低了９２％，二期工程完成后又降低７％，而裂缝处理后渗流量降低９９％。
After the reservoirs at Sayenshchensk, the concrete on the pressure-bearing surface of more than 20 dam sections in the riverbed of the dam has cracked and cracks are also observed at the contact points of the dam foundation. From 1991 to 1994, traditional cement grouting method was used for crack treatment, but the effect was not satisfactory. In 1995 on the tear zone and cracks have been re-treated. Upon completion of the first phase of the Tension Zone, the seepage will be reduced by 92%, the second stage will be reduced by 7% and the seepage will be reduced by 99% after the crack treatment.
